Data and purposes
We process the details you provide by email or through the form: name, email address, optional company and enquiry content. They are used to reply, clarify requirements and prepare proposals. We do not add you to marketing lists or make automated decisions with legal effects on you. Avoid providing sensitive data or unnecessary information about others.
The form requires a name, email and message to process your enquiry; company is optional. Without the required details, we cannot submit it. You can also contact us directly by email.
Legal bases
Service and quotation requests are processed to take precontractual steps at your request (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). Other enquiries and abuse prevention rely on the legitimate interest in answering incoming communications and protecting the service (Art. 6(1)(f)); you may object on grounds relating to your circumstances. Legal obligations are processed under Art. 6(1)(c). Optional analytics, when enabled, requires consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).
Retention
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and follow up. Once closed, data no longer needed is deleted, except for restricted retention required by legal obligations or potential claims within the applicable periods. If you engage a service, information about processing for that relationship is provided separately.
Form protection stores server-side counters valid for one hour and pseudonymised fingerprints to detect duplicates for 24 hours. It does not store the message text or email address in plain text there. Expired entries are removed on the next form operation, so they may remain on disk when there are no further operations. Infrastructure may also process technical connection data, such as IP addresses and request logs, to deliver and protect the service.
Providers and transfers
Railway hosts the website and processes requests. Microsoft 365 handles the professional mailbox and enquiry delivery. Data is not sold; it is only disclosed to providers needed to deliver the service or where legally required. These providers may use subprocessors and operations outside the European Economic Area. Their data protection terms describe locations and intended transfer mechanisms, including standard contractual clauses where appropriate. You can request information about applicable safeguards from the controller’s email address.
Rights and complaints
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and, where applicable, portability by contacting the controller at the email or postal address provided. State the right you wish to exercise; additional identification will only be requested when necessary. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

Cookies and local storage policy
Cookies are small files stored by your browser; local storage is a different mechanism that can also remember preferences. The website uses the first-party ct_language cookie only when you explicitly choose a language. It stores ca, en or es for the session and contains no tracking identifier. It is a preference needed for the service you requested and does not require analytics consent. Initial language detection does not create this cookie.
Google Analytics is disabled in this version, and no analytics or advertising cookies are created. An acceptance banner is not needed for the language preference.
You can block or delete cookies and local data in your browser settings. If blocked, the language selector still works but may not remember your preference; the Catalan homepage may retain ?lang=ca. LinkedIn links do not load a tracking plugin: the external service’s terms apply when you visit it.
